Abstract

The administrative area of the Public Ministry of Puno, makes the annual inventory of heritage assets of the institutions located in the different districts of the Region-Puno. The verification of the data, heritage and correlative codes are manual processes; what entails the delay in time and high cost in the inventory process. To improve these drawbacks, we implement a mobile application called 'Kusa-Yupaq', which uses a web server, and the phases of the Mobile-D methodology and Android Studio, Java, Json and XML. PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, HTML and CSS. Queries and data submission use the REST architecture, and MySQL database manager stores the collected data. The validation of the mobile application was through ISO-9126, 20 people inventoried 200 items in two ways: one using the Kusa-Yupaq application and the other using the traditional way, both were evaluated with the T-Student test. We compare the time and cost of operation between the traditional method and the mobile application. Using Kusa-Yupaq mobile application, the inventory time was reduced by 23% compared to the traditional method; and by using the Kusa-Yupaq mobile application for the inventory process, the operating cost was reduced by 26.2% compared to the traditional method.
